It Started with a Gift
Our very first creation wasn’t for a shop window — it was for family. When our niece set off on her gap year, we wanted to give her something small enough to carry on her travels, yet meaningful enough to keep home close to her heart. That simple gift became the spark that lit the idea for Little Lockets London and the beginning of our passion for creating handmade jewellery with meaning.
As word spread, friends began asking for their own personalised keepsakes. One of our earliest requests was especially moving: a wedding bouquet charm, so a friend’s grandparents could still walk with them down the aisle. From then on, we knew this was more than jewellery — it was memory, love, and connection made tangible.
Two Sisters, One Passion
We’re sisters, Julie and Jo. Although Julie now lives in Dorset and Jo is in Surrey, our phones buzz daily with new ideas, designs, and visions. Being sisters means we instinctively understand each other’s vision and can offer ideas to make that piece the best it can be. Every item we create is put together with shared ideas, and often, lots of laughter too.
Keepsakes with Meaning
Every locket, bracelet, or bouquet charm is handcrafted with care, because we know these aren’t just accessories. They’re memories, treasures that carry meaning. Some pieces mark life’s happiest milestones — a wedding day, a birthday, the arrival of a new baby. Others become memorial jewellery, created to keep loved ones close even when they’re no longer here.

Our mission is simple: to design handmade jewellery that holds more than beauty. Each piece should become a connection. Our sentimental jewellery is something to treasure, to gift, and to hold close forever.
