Your wedding planner can be personalised with 2 first names (or a name and surname) of up to 12 characters including spaces (remember to include the &if you need it). Just add the details to the customisation box on this page.
If your order is needed for a particular date, please email us and we will do our best meet that deadline.
We offer handmade items and items from third party suppliers. We ship handmade items to UK and International destinations within 7 working days using either first class signed for or tracked post.
Items fulfilled by our trusted suppliers usually ship within 3 days but please allow a little longer as delivery times are outside of our control!
We want you to be completely happy with your item. If you are not satisfied, please contact us or use the online returns form.
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, for example, pierced earrings, personalised orders, dog collars, some items with customisation, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
